What does Nebula do?

It listens to the other side of your interview, transcribes it, and when the question ends it shows one sentence to say first and a few short points, in a small window at the top of your screen. Coding questions get the approach, one code block and the complexity.

Can the interviewer see it when I share my screen?

The card is excluded from screen capture on Windows 10 and 11, so it normally does not appear in a screen share or recording. Some proctoring and monitoring tools capture differently, so test with the tool you will use before you rely on it.

Is it allowed in my interview?

That depends on the company, the school and your country. Many employers ban live assistance, and some places require everyone on a call to agree to transcription. Check the rules of your interview: you are responsible for following them.

Does it work on Mac, Linux or my phone?

No. Nebula is a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

Where does my audio go?

For each answer, Nebula sends short clips of the call audio, plus the question and the resume and job description you added as text, to Nebula's server. The server passes them to Google (Gemini) or Groq to transcribe and write the answer. Nebula's server does not save them. Your history of questions and answers stays on your computer. The privacy page has the details.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Nebula tells you and offers the plans. Nothing is charged unless you pick one. The trial gives you 30 minutes of listening and 40 answers, once per computer.

Do I need my own API keys?

No. Answers and transcription are included in every plan.

What counts as an answer?

One reply card Nebula writes. Listening is separate: it counts the minutes of call audio Nebula transcribes.

Is there a limit on listening?

Listening is capped at 4 hours a day across your computers, and the count resets at midnight UTC. If you need more while a plan is running, a top-up adds 3 hours and 150 answers for $6 (₹199).

Which audio should I pick?

Pick Call audio in Nebula. It hears whatever your speakers or headphones play, so it hears the interviewer. A microphone only hears you. If no words show, make sure the call plays through the speakers or headphones Windows uses as its default output.

How many computers can I use?

Up to 2 per account. You can remove a computer from your account page to make room for a new one.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 7 days of your first purchase if you have used less than 25% of the allowance. Read the refund policy.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open your account page and choose Manage billing. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. The Interview sprint is one payment and never renews.
