1. What we collect
- Your email and sign-in identifier.
- Your plan, usage counters and device ids.
- A one-way code made from your computer's Windows id, so each computer gets one free trial a month. The id itself is never sent.
- Short audio clips and screenshots you send for an answer. They are processed in memory and not stored by us.
- Billing is handled by Dodo Payments. We receive a customer id and plan status, not card numbers.
2. What stays on your computer
Your resume, job description, history and settings stay on your computer.
3. Who processes data
- Supabase, for accounts.
- Cloudflare, for the API.
- Groq and Google, for transcription and answers.
- Dodo Payments, for payments.
- Railway, for hosting this site.
4. Ads, selling and cookies
There are no ads, and we do not sell data. There are no analytics cookies. This site and the app use only localStorage, for your theme and your sign-in session.
5. Retention
We keep account data until the account is deleted. To delete your account, email [email protected].
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. The law where you live may give you further rights.
7. Children
Nebula is for people aged 18 and over.
8. Changes
We may change this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
